Just a note to commend Craig Brown for the service he has provided to me and my family. Craig has sourced and facilitated a couple of investment loans for me and one for my daughter. He is always very understanding and pleasant but more importantly he knows the market and has went out of his way to get us the best loan for our purposes. An example of this was a after my daughter signed off on her loan a new product came out in which the interest rate was 0.6% lower. Craig managed to get the loan changed to the new product without penalty. Another more recent example happened today. One of my fixed rate loans just reverted to a variable rate. Not only did Craig get a new product at a lower interest rate for me he also managed to get the $495 switch fee waived. Craig is an asset to your business!!!!!!
